there is a limit to the number that can be provided per day.
Reservations are recommended so that customers can purchase.
Even if there is a sale on the day, it may not be in the store for convenience.

The number of strawberry Daifuku store sales is difficult to predict from
past sales numbers,
and it varies depending on the day, such as being sold out extremely quickly
or remaining just before closing,
so if you are thinking about buying on the day Please contact us regardless
of the number.
Even if the advance reservation is sold out, there may be more strawberry
arrivals than planned.
In that case, it will be sold on the day.
About handing over at the store
Sales on the day will be available from around 10am.
However, please note that the sales time is prioritized for customers who
make a reservation by the previous day,
so it may not be possible to fulfill the request.
Until 8:30 am (except Sunday), the road in front of the store is in the
school zone.
If you are coming by car, please use the 1st floor parking lot of the Ichinomiya
Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Please be sure to contact us if your promised time is over one hour.
If contact cannot be made, it may be canceled.
About cancellation
御取り置き（当日予約）で、キャンセル、または受け取りに来て頂けなかった場合、数や受け取り時刻に関わらずキャンセル料として
代金全額（事前予約割引は適用されません）のお支払をお願いしております。前日までの事前予約についても同様です。
＜注文内容の変更について＞
当日の総個数の変更を伴わない箱の変更（例：１０粒入り１箱を、６粒入り１箱と２粒入り２箱に変更など）は、
原則としてお断りしております。
なお、場合によっては極力対応させていただきますが、その場合、変更による手数料を頂いております。
マンパワー不足の為、円滑なお渡しにご協力よろしくお願いします。
