Mizu manjuh

Mizumanjuh is a summer sweets made with kudzu. Kudzu has a jelly-like texture. It is more delicious if you put that in the fridge for a while first. The inside of Mizu manjuh is adzuki bean paste.

The shape of the swirl is called "Utataka" and is one of the classic patterns of Japanese sweets that express water. Please feel cool in appearance.

If you have stored in the refrigerator, you can eat until the next day.
